DR softening valve series is upflow regeneration floating bed, the shape and dimensions of DR series valve are identical to those of GR series valve. The floating bed process is achieved by reconfiguring the water flow direction through the lower valve body. This system delivers superior water quality with enhanced adaptability to high-hardness raw water. Thin and high ion exchange vessels is better, flow velocity better with 30-60 m/h3, but resin packing ratio should above 90%, suitable for stable working pressure. The floating bed configuration prohibits frequent start-stop cycling and variable flow demand scenarios.
Equipped with meter and timer dual mode: In meter mode, the inlet flow meter enables all workstations to be set according to the required water volume. Once the backwash water volume, rinse water volume, and operating water volume (in tons) are configured as specified, each workstation will decrement its set value to "0" before switching. If deactivated or in the absence of water supply, the decrementing process halts and retains the current value.
